This is a real pet peeve of mine, it's RAIN. Just rain. Horses don't generally mind rain. I know mine much prefer some rain to the blistering heat! Granted, cars are more dangerous in the rain. But everyone says this like it's an issue with the horses comfort. Horses don't care.
