And So The Horses Continue To Work As Winter Approaches
I was in the city the other day and drove past the Plaza Hotel in the pouring rain. It was nasty. Raining almost horizontally. I saw a carriage with horse. The horse was drenched. The forecast called for downpours all day - the carriage driver apparently did not care about that. When will Bloomberg come to his senses and stop this inhumane service??
